Project Details
In October 2011, the Stayton at Museum Way opened to residents . RWB provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services on this new construction condominum project.
Greystone Communities’ 11 story Continuing Care Retirement Center community building contains over 180 dwelling units in addition to assisted living units, licensed memory support units, and licensed skilled nursing units. The 595,000 square foot building also features two underground parking levels, a fitness center, spa, grand hall, swimming pool in addition to other amenities.
